Michel Helbig de Balzac is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BAMS Angels Fund I and II (BAF I & II).

He is the Chairman of EDORA, the Walloon Federation for Renewable Energies, and has been involved in renewable energy development projects for more than a decade.

M. Helbig de Balzac is the owner of Wagram Invest SA and a seasoned business angel. Prior to BAF, he was a Director at Banque Dewaay in charge of private banking projects and spent nine years at McKinsey & Company as a consultant and then as Head of Administration.

M. Helbig de Balzac holds degrees in philosophy, economics and political sciences from the University of Louvain (Belgium), where he also received a Master’s degree in urban and regional planning and a post-graduate degree in European studies.
